Michèle is an associate in our employment team who provides practical advice for both employers and senior employees. Michèle has particular experience advising on a variety of Employment Tribunal and High Court claims.

Michèle’s contentious experience includes advising on claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, victimisation and whistleblowing at the Employment Tribunal. In addition, Michèle has acted on team move cases at the High Court.

Michèle also provides advice on conducting grievance investigations, disciplinaries, performance management procedures and redundancy consultations. She also drafts complex employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.

Michèle provides support on corporate transactions, including private equity backed acquisitions. 

Michèle qualified in England and Wales in 2018.

Conducted contract review for a start-up energy company and hosted a Q&A session with employees regarding the changes to their employment contracts.

Advised Bowmark Capital on its £114 million public-to-private takeover of AIM-listed Tax Systems plc.
