Martha works closely with clients across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, technology and transport. She advises on a variety of contracts and issues including supply agreements, franchise agreements and distribution agreements. On the data protection side, Martha has experience drafting data protection compliant documentation and has advised in relation to a number of GDPR compliance projects, including leading complex data protection remediation programmes.

Completing a complex data protection remediation project following the acquisition of a risk analysis and consulting service. This was a high-risk acquisition from a data protection perspective and involved consideration of complex data protection issues, such as "invisible processing" of personal data.
