He has broad experience of all aspects of UK pensions law. Graham advises pension scheme trustees and employers on interpreting their scheme rules, scheme design and benefit changes. 

He has particular expertise in pension scheme mergers/demergers, employer debt and corporate guarantees, scheme liability management and cross-border pension arrangements. Graham regularly advises on pension scheme governance issues and Pensions Ombudsman cases.

Representing corporates and trustees on pension aspects of corporate acquisitions. This includes minimising pension liabilities arising from disposals and acquisitions, group-wide pension arrangements and public sector pension arrangements.
