Emily has experience in financial litigation matters, having been involved in a large banking litigation case, spanning UK and US jurisdictions, whilst in its pre-action stage.  She has also been involved with representing corporates in injunction applications, pharmaceutical indemnity disputes and copyright infringement matters. Emily has, through a secondment opportunity, gained experience in working in sanctions.
