Conrad is an associate in the finance department with a focus on financial services regulation. He regularly advises financial institutions on licensing, compliance and a wide range of general regulatory matters.

Conrad has experience advising on setting-up regulated businesses in Hong Kong, on-going compliance with regulatory laws and regulations and how changes in the regulatory environment impact regulated businesses. Some selected areas of his expertise include licensing, product offering, money lenders ordinance, anti-money laundering and data privacy. He has recently assisted a number of financial institutions in the overhaul of their standard client documentation.
