He has experience of advising on the full range of pension disputes matters, from professional negligence, rectification and construction applications to public and regulatory law issues. He has particular experience of acting for large institutional clients, as well as employers and representative beneficiaries at all stages of litigation from the pre-action stage, all the way to the High Court, on some of the most intractable legal questions facing the industry today.

Bren has also advised on a number of off-shore matters, primarily in the private trust arena, advising both corporate and private clients.
