Anne advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to intellectual property in a broad range of industry sectors, including luxury and consumer goods and services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and technology.

Her experience includes cross-border trade mark, copyright and patent disputes, in addition to providing general advice in respect of brand protection and enforcement matters. On the non-contentious side, her work involves handling the intellectual property aspects of corporate and finance transactions as well as advising on licensing matters.

Before joining Stephenson Harwood Anne worked at a Dutch law firm.
