He is ranked both as a leading M&A and life sciences lawyer by Chambers UK as well as being listed as one of The Lawyer magazine's "Hot 100" lawyers. He has also appeared in the Super Lawyers list of top lawyers since 2013.

Andrew advises corporate and financial clients on public and private M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and secondary fundraisings. With his previous law firm, Andrew spent three years as a partner in Frankfurt and has gained particular experience of Indian and Russian M&A, having acted on some of the largest multi-billion dollar transactions to have taken place in those jurisdictions.
