Law firm Stephenson Harwood has been named winner of ‘Private Client Categories – Estate Planning: Greater China’, and also won the 'Excellence in servicing North American clients' award at the WealthBriefingAsia Awards 2019.

The awards, which took place in Singapore, honour the most outstanding work in the private wealth sector across Asia. The team received the awards in recognition of its legal expertise and services to private wealth clients across the region. For the second award, partners Erik Wallace and Laurence Ho were both recognised for their work supporting North American clients, with the judges calling them 'two outstanding lawyers'.

Judges – drawn from both private banks and trusted advisors and consultants to the sector – looked for examples of expertise which highlighted independence, integrity and genuine insight.

Stephenson Harwood's international private wealth team offers clients a wide range of services, including tax planning, wealth structuring and asset protection, and has worked for a number of foreign family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
