Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its finance practice with the appointment of Elisabeth Gaunt as a consultant, based in its London office.
Gaunt, who brings more than 30 years of experience to the firm, was previously a partner at Taylor Wessing, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe), and Denton Wilde Sapte. She is a trade finance expert, with particular experience advising in relation to receivables finance and supply chain finance – insured and uninsured, and with or without export credit support – as well as commodity financing and supplier finance. Clients have included large international banks, corporates and funds.
