Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has announced that it is retaining 100% of its trainees who qualify in March 2022. The 11 qualifying trainees will all join the London office.
"The firm launched an ambitious five year growth strategy at the end of 2021, a fundamental part of which is growing the firm," said Lisa Marks, partner and trainee principal at Stephenson Harwood. "We're working hard to attract and retain the very best people by investing in talent across the whole business at all stages of people's careers – from trainees and NQs through to senior associates and partners. It is really rewarding to see this focus paying off, and to see so many of our trainees choosing to continue to build their careers at Stephenson Harwood."
The newly qualified lawyers will join the firm’s commercial litigation, corporate, employment, pensions and private wealth, finance and marine and international trade practice groups.
