Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has, one year on from the launch of its ethnicity action plan, reported on its progress to date.
In the plan, the firm outlined its commitment to improving minority ethnic representation in the business, outlining aspirational targets and actions which would be taken.
The report looks at progress to date, and provides examples of initiatives the firm has introduced which seek to support its efforts to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation.
