Gwynne is a London-based partner in Stephenson Harwood’s commercial litigation team. He has significant experience resolving a wide range of complex commercial disputes, most of which have a cross border dimension, through litigation, arbitration or negotiation.
Rob Jacob is a London-based partner in Stephenson Harwood’s intellectual property (IP) team. He specialises in both contentious and non-contentious IP issues, with a particular focus on trade mark and copyright matters.
Sharratt is a Dubai-based partner in Stephenson Harwood’s dispute resolution team. He specialises in international arbitration, litigation and investigations across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the U.S.
Yong is a Singapore-based partner in Stephenson Harwood’s marine and international trade team. Being dual-qualified in both Singapore and England & Wales, she advises on international disputes, and acts in Singapore-based arbitrations. Her core areas of specialisation are energy, shipping and international trade.
Davis is a London-based consultant in Stephenson Harwood’s commercial litigation team. He is a commercial lawyer specialising in complex litigations, commercial disputes and negotiations.
