Stephenson Harwood LLP has added three new partners to its London-based dedicated private equity team: Malcolm MacDougall, Adam Crossley and Richard Coleman. They join the firm from Charles Russell Speechlys.

MacDougall brings more than 20 years of experience working predominantly for private equity sponsors in relation to investments and divestments and management teams on large cap deals.

Crossley has significant experience advising both private equity houses and management teams, as well as investee companies. Coleman similarly advises individuals, management teams and institutional investors on all aspects of private equity, venture capital and growth company transactions.
