Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised a Tristan Capital Partners’ Fund on the sale of the Cube Birmingham. The Cube is a high-profile building in central Birmingham.

Designed by Ken Shuttleworth of Make Architects, the Cube is a 25-storey, 500,000 sq ft. mixed use building which includes retail and leisure, residential and prime office space. A key tenant is the Highways Agency.
