Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised The Continental Group on its acquisition of Juvo Wealth Limited, a Hong Kong-based insurance broker company.
The Continental Group is an insurance intermediary and financial services solutions provider, which has a presence in the UAE, Switzerland, India and Mauritius. This acquisition marks the expansion of the Group’s business in Hong Kong.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partners Kevin Lee and Jane Ng, with support from associates Poh Hui Tan, Annie Mak and Michael Mok.
