Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Tether Limited on its seed funding round, and been retained for its follow-on round.
Tether is a new service that is designed to provide the missing link between business and personal financial planning for accountants working with SME business owners and directors.
“We are looking to support the accountant in helping SME owners plan their finances ‘holistically’ in a digital and remote way,” said Richard Bertin, founder and CEO, Tether. “The team at Stephenson Harwood have been invaluable in their advice closing the fund round, particularly given the challenging environment of Covid-19.”
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Richard Coleman, with support from associate Rajiv Kakkad.
