Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised SEA Holdings on its £260 million acquisition of 33 Old Broad Street, London, from real estate private equity firm Brockton Capital.
SEA, a long-standing client, is a Hong Kong-based property and investment holding company, listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. This transaction supports the company's strategy to expand its international property portfolio.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by real estate partner Jonathon Wilkes, who was assisted by Hong Kong-based partner Stephanie Wong, corporate partner Andrew McLean, finance senior associate Oliver Jefferies and real estate associate Katie Sweetensen.
