Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised UK asset manager Schroders on its launch of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc, the UK's first social impact investment trust.

The trust, which will launch on 22 December 2020, will invest in a diversified portfolio of private market impact funds, co-investments and direct investments.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Alex Haynes, who was supported by senior associate Nick Horton. Further assistance was provided by tax partner John Meehan.
