Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Schroders Capital in relation to its co-lead investment into G Square's €500 million continuation vehicle, established to acquire three assets from G Square Capital I and G Square Capital II.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partners Gabriel Boghossian and Sarah de Ste Croix, who were supported by senior associate Nicola Baird and associates Bethany Carr and Amir Kursun.
