Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Pelican Capital on its £5 million investment in YourParkingSpace, the provider of a peer-to-peer online parking marketplace in the UK.

The investment by Pelican Capital will enable YourParkingSpace to develop further its proprietary technology, and support the next phase of the company’s growth.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was supported by senior associate Chris Manning, and associates Rajiv Kakkad and Lydia Zakrzewski. Further assistance was provided by the commercial outsourcing and technology, intellectual property, tax and employment teams.
