Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Pelican Capital, the private equity firm, on its sale of YourParkingSpace, the UK’s fastest growing parking technology provider, to Flowbird Group.

Pelican Capital originally invested in YourParkingSpace in September 2020, a transaction on which Stephenson Harwood also advised. Since then, YourParkingSpace has grown substantially, and the exit generates a financial return of up to 6.5 times for Pelican Capital.

Founded in 2013, YourParkingSpace specialises in parking technology solutions. Flowbird Group is the global market leader in on-street parking, working with more than 4,350 municipalities in over 80 countries.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was supported by managing associate Chris Manning and associate Dafni Loizou.
