Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Denmark-based renewables investor and asset manager Obton A/S on its acquisition of 2MW of solar portfolio assets in Italy from an Italian company.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Hong Kong-based partner Marco Pocci and legal assistant Alberto Ferronato, who have advised Obton A/S on previous transactions.

The team also assisted the client in negotiating and obtaining an innovative warranty and indemnity insurance policy.
