Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised the management team of Kellas Midstream in connection with its sale to BlackRock and GIC, which completed on 30 January 2020.
Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, sold Kellas Midstream to BlackRock’s Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Funds and GIC, a leading global institutional investor, in a joint venture. The deal will enable Kellas Midstream, the midstream UK infrastructure business which transports gas from the central and southern North Sea areas to the UK, to realise its strategic potential and continue expanding its portfolio of midstream assets. Stephenson Harwood advised Kellas’ management team both on the sale and on the team’s equity and incentive arrangements going forwards.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Adam Crossley, with support from senior associate Nicola Baird and associate Michele Aubertin.
Adam recently joined Stephenson Harwood, as part of its private equity team expansion, alongside partners Malcolm MacDougall and Richard Coleman.
