Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised VMS Securities Limited, in its capacity as sponsor, on the primary listing of the shares of Kato (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. The shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Kato is an operator of residential care homes for the elderly in Hong Kong. Founded in 1991, it is now one of the largest such providers in Hong Kong.
