Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised LaSalle Investment Management on its £26 million acquisition of Gateway House, in Manchester, England, from Piccadilly Gateways Limited.

The property, a well-known Manchester landmark comprising a 182 bedroom hotel, retail and office space, has been pre-let to Staycity Aparthotels, the European serviced apartment operator, on a 25 year lease.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by real estate partner Jonathon Wilkes, with assistance from associates Jonathan Smith and Gemma Cook.
