Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Co., Ltd., in its capacity as sole sponsor, on the primary listing of the shares of 360 Ludashi Holdings Limited. The shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Ludashi is a PC and smartphone hardware and system benchmarking and monitoring solution provider in China. It develops PC and mobile devices utility software, offering them to users free-of-charge in exchange for online traffic. This is monetised by online advertising and game businesses, and by electronic devices sales.
