Stephenson Harwood advises Duff & Phelps on Zolfo Cooper Asia acquisition

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Duff & Phelps, the global valuation and corporate finance adviser, on its acquisition of Zolfo Cooper Asia.

The acquisition of Zolfo Cooper Asia, an independent provider of restructuring, financial and corporate advisory solutions, will strengthen Duff & Phelps’ restructuring and dispute service offerings, and enhance its ability to provide local expertise to clients in the Greater China Region and across Asia.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Tom Platts, with assistance from partners Jane Ng and Kevin Lee, Wei Tu* partner Zoe Zhou, Virtus Law* partner Sheetal Sandhu, and associates Mark Stephens, Laura Baker and Annie Mak.
