Law firm Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance has advised Corporation Service Company (CSC), a global provider of business, legal, tax and digital brand services, on its acquisition of FirstCorp Pte. Ltd..

FirstCorp is an independent provider of business and corporate secretarial advisory, planning and management services. The transaction will strengthen CSC's specialised administration services across Asia, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, and Mauritius.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Singapore-based M&A partner Tom Platts, who was supported by senior associates Philippa English and Ben Hickson, associate Laura Baker and trainee Emily Lau.
