Stephenson Harwood advises client on dispute with Lidl

Linkedin

Stephenson Harwood Partner Andrew Myers and associate Lucy Swayne are advising Generator, a specialist in mixed-use development, on a high court claim against German supermarket chain Lidl. The case starts in the High Court on 18 January.

Generator claims that Lidl exploited a joint venture arrangement between the two companies to secure a £6.5 million development site at Wates Way in Brentwood in March 2014 before eventually cutting Generator out of the opportunity.
