Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised public sector software provider Civica, which is backed by private equity fund, Partners Group, on its acquisition of The Technology Forge.

Established in 1998, The Technology Forge provides property and asset management cloud software to the public sector within the UK, managing more than £50 billion of public sector assets for local authorities, the government, housing associations, the NHS, police and fire authorities, schools and also a variety of private sector organisations. This deal enhances Civica’s existing portfolio of software with a new property and asset management capability, and is in line with its wider growth strategy.
