Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Bowmark Capital, the mid-market private equity firm, on the buy-out of Totalmobile, the Belfast-based technology company.
Totalmobile, which specialises in software for mobile workers, has more than 700 customers and 250,000 mobile-workforce users across the public services (government, local authorities, health and emergency services), property, facilities management, transport and infrastructure sectors. As part of the transaction, additional funding of over £100 million has been made available to help accelerate the company’s acquisition programme.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partners Jonathan Pittal and Adam Crossley, with support from banking partner Daniel Margolis.
