Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised BGF on its investment in Juriba Limited, an IT migration software provider.
BGF is the UK and Ireland’s most active investor in growth businesses. It has invested more than £2 billion since it was founded in 2011. Juriba, established in 2008, is a fast-growth global technology business. It created Dashworks, a project ‘command and control’ platform, which helps organisations manage end-user IT transformation and Evergreen IT projects with greater accuracy and speed, at a reduced cost. BGF’s investment will enable Juriba to increase its product development and expand its international capabilities.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was assisted by senior associate Nicola Baird and associate Dafni Loizou, tax partner John Meehan and associate Thomas Leatherby, employment senior associate Richard Freedman and associate Imogen Heywood, and IP associate Alex Zapalowski.
