Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Ayesa, an international technology and engineering services firm, on the legal due diligence aspects of its acquisition of ByrneLooby.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, ByrneLooby is a civil engineering company with offices in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East. The company, which employs 225 employees, operates in the building, environment, transport, port, waste management, water and energy sectors. This transaction is part of Ayesa's international strategy to expand its engineering services in English-speaking countries.
