Stephenson Harwood partners Jonathan Conder, Kevin Lee, Emily Osborne, James Quarmby, Michael Rutili, Alastair Glover, Helena Berman and Jenny McKeown, and managing associate Peter Gillis have been included in Spear's Magazine's 2023 'Tax & Trust Indices' for high-net-worth individuals.

Spear’s, the wealth management magazine, compiles an annual index of the top advisers across the following areas of law: tax; contentious trusts; structuring and offshore; and probate. These individuals work with high and ultra-high net worth clients around the world.

The tax lawyers index comprises individuals who act for private clients on a range of tax-related issues, including compliance, planning, document drafting, cross-border issues and contentious matters. London-based partners Jonathan Conder and James Quarmby were named in the 'top flight' list; Hong Kong-based partner Kevin Lee was included in the 'top recommended' category; and London-based partners Emily Osborne and Michael Rutili were featured in the 'recommended' list.

The trusts, structuring and offshore index features individuals who advise clients on a range of matters, from taxation to wealth management and legal coverage. Dubai-based partner Alastair Glover was listed in the 'recommended' category.

The contentious trust lawyers index includes individuals who act for clients involved in disputes over trusts and estate matters. London-based partners Helena Berman and Jenny McKeown were included in the 'top recommended' list; and managing associate Peter Gillis was named a 'rising star'.
