Kapoor, a member of the firm's international arbitration group, has extensive experience of investor-state disputes, and large scale, complex, high-value commercial disputes. He advises and represents both private and state-owned entities from jurisdictions in Asia, Europe, CIS, Africa, and the Middle East.
