Stephenson Harwood partner Kamal Shah has been named in Africa’s 20 Arbitration Powerlist 2022.

The list – launched by The Africa Arbitration Academy, with the support of the Africa Arbitration, Association of Young Arbitrators, and the African Journal of International Arbitration – celebrates the achievements of leading African arbitration practitioners and recognises their contributions to the development of arbitration in Africa.

Kamal, head of Stephenson Harwood’s Africa group, specialises in complex, cross-border international arbitration, litigation, and fraud and asset tracing in Africa and India. He acts for governments, government entities, banks, private corporations and high net worth individuals in a range of matters.
