Stephenson Harwood partners Kamal Shah and George Cyriac have been included in the top 100 international lawyers list for India-related matters by India Business Law Journal (IBLJ).
IBLJ, a monthly magazine, produces expert analysis of the legal and regulatory challenges facing domestic and international businesses in India. The list, which is based on extensive research conducted by the publication, identifies the top 100 India specialists around the world.
Shah, head of Stephenson Harwood's India group, specialises in complex, cross-border international arbitration, litigation, and fraud and asset recovery in India and Africa. He acts for governments, government entities, banks, private corporations and high net worth individuals in a range of matters.
Cyriac, who is part of Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance, has more than 20 years of experience advising on complex cross-border corporate and restructuring transactions, and represents leading corporates, private equity funds and multilateral agencies in structuring and executing their investments in India.
