Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its global finance practice with the arrival of partner Jeremy Grant.
Grant, who will be based in the firm’s Paris office and will divide his time between there and London, is a finance expert specialising in capital markets, structured finance and banking. He brings more than 16 years of experience in advising credit institutions, corporates and funds on transactional and regulatory matters with a particular emphasis on cross-border and emerging markets structures.
