Stephenson Harwood partners Eifion Morris and Jonathan Chu have been named in the ‘Global Leaders: Private Practice’ list by the publication World Trademark Review (WTR).
This year marks the launch of the publication’s Global Leaders list, which draws on its market-leading research projects, the WTR 1000 and WTR 300, to identify the elite of the trademark world in a single publication.
Morris, who will become Stephenson Harwood’s new chief executive on 1 October 2019, is an intellectual property lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. During his time as a practising lawyer, he was co-head of Stephenson Harwood’s IP team, and specialised in advising multi-nationals on cross-border IP litigation and strategies for protecting their IP globally.
Chu is an intellectual property lawyer with a complete IP practice ranging from advising on transactions, worldwide prosecution of IP rights, and IP litigation and enforcement strategies in Hong Kong and China. With more than a decade of experience, Jonathan has advised a wide array of leading companies in industries including life sciences, fashion, toys and games, consumer goods, hospitality, TMT, TCM, entertainment, aviation, and energy.
