Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its real estate practice with the arrival of David Sinclair as a partner. He joins the firm in London.
David's practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate investment and development, with specific expertise advising on complex, high value projects. He acts for investors, developers, occupiers and private clients/family offices, on matters relating to office buildings, hotels, mixed use developments and infrastructure, predominantly advising clients within the UK and international clients investing there. David joins the firm from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he had been a partner since 1999 and spent 10 years as head of the London office of the firm's real estate practice.
