Disputes funding: legislative changes sweep Hong Kong and Singapore

Stephenson Harwood's latest arbitration insights examine the status of disputes funding in the Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus on the recent developments in Hong Kong with the Practitioners Legislation (Outcome Related Fee Structures for Arbitration) (Amendment) Bill 2022, and Singapore with the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act.
