Corporate M&A partner Guillaume Briant, capital markets partner Jeremy Grant and tax partner Olivier Couraud also contributed.

They address a number of topics, including the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the acquisition finance sector, general structuring of financing, guarantees and collateral, debt commitment letters and acquisition agreements, and the enforcement of claims and insolvency.
