Over the years members of our team have advised and are currently advising on investments, market-entries and commercial arrangements for numerous multinational and local clients active in Myanmar.

Our experience spans a wide variety of sectors including agriculture, automotive, aviation, consumer goods, energy and resources, financial services, mining, oil and gas, power, real estate, shipping and telecoms.

We are able to provide comprehensive 'end to end' solutions for our international and local clients. Our team of Myanmar lawyers are qualified to advise on Myanmar law, and are highly experienced in dealing with the Myanmar Investment Commission, the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration and other Government bodies and ministries, both in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw.

We are Honorary Legal Adviser to the Myanmar Federation of Mining Association, advised the Ministry of Mines on the Mining Law and we continue to provide input for the Myanmar Government via the Australia Myanmar Chamber of Commerce Working Group.
