Acted as the legal adviser to Best Pacific International Holdings Limited. The company is headquartered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, is a one-stop solution for customers lingerie materials suppliers, according to 2012 sales revenue calculation, the company is the world's largest manufacturer of women's underwear material.

Acted as the legal adviser to D&G Technology Holdings Limited for the listing of its securities on the Main Board of the HKSE. The Issuer is a leading market player in the PRC focusing on the production of medium to large scale asphalt mixing plants.

Acted for a syndicate of banks in a HK$2.12 billion to a subsidiary of a locally listed company

Acted for a major US bank on negotiating new office leases in CBD Central and extending other office leases pending the move

Acted for a listed company landlord of a major shopping complex in CBD Tsimshatsui

Acted for UHNWIs in setting up trust structures for their children

Acting as an external in-house adviser to banks on a wide variety of issues arising in the course of their day-to-day business, including in relation to financing transactions, regulation, security enforcement, restructuring, employment and commercial arrangements.

Counselling American multinational financial institution, on redundancy issues in China, and coordinating defence proceedings and successful settlement of labour actions brought in Shanghai labour tribunal by ex-employees.

Provided preliminary antitrust advice to major state-owned Chinese company in consumer goods sector in connection with a proposed auction bid for a UK retail business, and formulating optimal competition law strategies

Advising high net worth individuals, trustees and other fiduciaries on alternative dispute resolution processes such as arbitration, mediation, facilitation and evaluation.

Mediated an insurance dispute recently involving many millions of dollars, the parties being a number of Lloyd’s Syndicates and a large global commodity trader.
