Advising and managing the global tracing and recovery of approximately US$ billions in misappropriated assets by the former regime. Involving allegations of fraud, corruption and money laundering over nine jurisdictions.

Advising on various transactions including providing English law advice regarding the sale of a float glass plant established in Egypt, to Saudi Construction Products Holding Company for US$118 million.

Advised on the re-drafting of Libyan laws with the Libyan Legal Framework International Committee and advised on free trade agreement negotiations with the EU.
