Linkedin
The Variable Capital Companies ("VCC") is a new corporate structure that boasts the best qualities of the limited partnership and standalone company structures. A key advantage of a VCC is the use of the umbrella structure (i.e. cellular-based structuring) which allows for a single fund to house various cells that segregates the assets and liabilities in specific cells of the VCC.
