This guide provides readers with concise and practical guidance on the key provisions of the UAE federal law that regulates the banking sector within the country, including:
- the Federal Law No. 14 of 2018 on the Central Bank and Organisation of Financial Institutions and Activities, which came into force on 30 September 2018 and repeals two of the UAE's older banking laws (that are set to be replaced in the three year period ending 29 September 2021);
