The Stephenson Harwood superyacht team recently hosted the second episode of a series of virtual events. The event was moderated by Max Lemanski with the contribution of London based senior associate Emma Nowell, Paris-based senior associate Ezio Dal Maso and New Build Division Coordinator Daniela Duck of Camper and Nicholsons. The panel covered various topics, including the crucial question of owner's security and how owners can secure their investment during the project (focussing on refund guarantees and transfer of title structures).
