Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Right Choice Holdings Limited on its acquisition of Moorhouse Group.

Moorhouse Group, established in 1990, is a market-leading insurance broker, distributing a range of products and services dedicated to the SME sector under the Constuctaquote.com brand, as well as wholesaling through regulated insurance brokers and in person through a team of trusted advisors.

Right Choice Holdings Limited is the umbrella company that also owns Bennetts Motorcycling Services Limited, a leading motorcycle insurance broker in the UK, and Right Choice Insurance Brokers Limited, a highly successful motor insurance broker specialising in non-standard risks, which recently completed the purchase of the Autosaint, Ladybird and First Van brands from Kingfisher UK Holdings Limited. Stephenson Harwood advised Right Choice on this acquisition.
